Installation / Setup

The installation of the Model 6269A DC Power Supply involves connecting the power cable to the POWER input barrier strip, as it is shipped ready for relay rack mounting. Forced air cooling is used, so sufficient space should be allowed for airflow along the sides and rear of the instrument. The ambient temperature should not exceed 50°C. The power supply can operate from a nominal 115V or 208/230 volts AC source, and units with a volt-ampere rating greater than 2,000 are typically wired for 230 volt operation.
