The Vector function allows the SC61 to be used as a vector scope by pressing the VECTOR display button. Channel A controls vertical deflection, while channel B controls horizontal deflection, resulting in a Lissajous pattern that compares phase and frequency relationships of two signals. The SC61 can provide accurate phase comparisons up to 4 MHz with less than 3 degrees of phase shift between channels.
