  • Check to ensure the bare floor tool is not attached while using on carpet
  • Remove and empty the dirty water tank
  • Check for suction at the motor duct
  • Remove the foam filter located in the dirty water tank and clean with warm water
    • Let completely dry before placing back in the tank
  • Inspect the dirty water tank for any cracks or damage
  • Remove the front nozzle by pulling the nozzle up from the plastic tabs, inspect for any cracks or damage
