– Release the tape guide and push the READ switch. The reader will start when a start pulse is received at pin 10 of rear panel connector P3.
– To manually advance or back up the tape, loop a length of tape out the front, lift the reader tape guide, and adjust the tape as needed.

– Load the tape into the holder and route it as shown in the manual.
– Shape the tape end with scissors and remove all tape holding the beginning of the roll.

– To remove tape, cut it at the rear and feed it out without pulling. Change the tape when the “end of tape” warning is visible to prevent jamming.
