Manual Overview

The manual for the B&K 610 Adapter Hookup for the Model 650 Tube Tester provides detailed instructions for connecting and configuring the adapter. The process involves wiring Socket 41 to various other sockets using insulated wire, as specified in the manual. Each pin on Socket 41 is connected to specific pins on other sockets, such as Socket 43 and Socket 56. After completing the wiring, Socket 41 should be configured as illustrated in Figure 2 of the manual. Once the wiring is complete, the socket panel should be replaced, and all wood screws should be reinstalled.

The manual also instructs the removal of the tube chart and its supporting wooden blocks from the compartment on the left-hand side of the case. The new chart, which combines listings of all tubes tested on the Model 650 and new types listed on the 610, should replace the old chart. The 610 adapter is then inserted into the compartment and secured with the provided wood screws.
