Installation / Setup

Dial cord restringing requires chassis removal. The BAND SELECTOR is set to the FM position, and the numerical sequence in Figure 3 is followed. The dial cord spring is expanded for proper tension. For the TUNING gang, the TUNING control is set fully counterclockwise, and the sequence in Figure 4 is followed. The dial cord is engaged with pointer clips, and a drop of cement is applied after positioning.
