A shielded wire should be used in the MUTE jack, with the hot wire connected to an exciter auxiliary relay contact.
4. Antenna: The antenna input impedance is 50-75 ohms. It is recommended to use a coax line matched to a resonant antenna. An antenna relay is recommended for use with both the receiver and transmitter to avoid loss in sensitivity and ensure proper reception restoration after transmitting.
