1. Wiring and Connections:

– The system mouse and keyboard must be installed for the HP 16600A series and HP 16700A to boot up properly. The HP 16702A requires only a mouse.
– The CD-ROM drive address should be set to 2 to avoid damage to the hard drive.

– Network setup involves configuring IP addresses, gateway names, and subnet masks through the System Administration Tools.
